Features
Doors, gates and sensors report in from anywhere.
Everything you need, in one system.
-
01

Three ways to connect
Use Bluetooth where there is no network, Wi-Fi where there is, and 4G for remote gates and industrial sites.
-
02

Remote unlock
Open a door for a contractor or delivery from the console, with the action logged against your name.
-
03

Door held and forced alerts
Get told within seconds when a door is left open or opened without a valid credential.
-
04

Offline by design
Rules and events are cached on the controller, so doors keep working when the connection drops.
-
05

Sensor inputs
Connect water leak, temperature or tamper sensors and route their alerts the same way as door events.
-
06

Over-the-air updates
Firmware updates are pushed from the cloud and staged per site, so there is no need for site visits.

FAQ
Common questions
What happens during a fire alarm?
The controller takes a fail-safe input from the fire alarm panel and releases all connected locks, as required by SCDF fire code. The event is logged and reported once power and network allow.
How long does the battery backup last?
With a standard 7 Ah battery, a controller and one maglock run for around four hours during a power failure. Larger batteries are available for remote gates.
Is the 4G option secure?
Controllers connect outbound only, using device certificates and encrypted TLS sessions. No ports are opened on the site network or the SIM.
Can we mix controllers with our existing system?
Yes. Controllers accept Wiegand readers and dry-contact inputs, so you can connect them to existing hardware and migrate door by door.
